How long will it take to get my order?

We take between 1 and 2 business days to process and ship out your order. Once the shipping carrier scans and processes your package, they will ship it according to the shipping method you selected at checkout.

You’ll begin to see updates to your tracking number after the shipping provider scans and processes your package.

If your order includes a pre-ordered item, the pre-ordered item is expected to ship within the timeframe shown on the product page when you made your purchase.

 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes! We ship everywhere around the globe. You’ll see any duties, taxes, and shipping charges at checkout, and can pay with your local currency. If you have any questions about placing an international order, please reach out to our customer care team at hello@evolvetogether.com and a member of our team will respond within 2 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday) to help.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners, however they may differ based on your location. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method upon checkout. All international orders are handled by DHL.
