It’s also a reminder to take care of one of our earth’s greatest resources. The Amazon River is responsible for 20% of the earth’s oxygen, yet climate change, human activity, and industrial agriculture and farming are putting the Amazon River, its rainforest, and our planet’s health at risk.

how to recycle your masks

• Cut off ear loops and recycle with textiles.
• Cut around the seam and remove the non-recyclable meltblown filter. Place the filter in trash.
• Recycle the inner and outer layer with plastic recycling (if your local recycling rules allow).
• If you can’t recycle your mask, cut the ear loops before disposing and please don’t litter.
